Return & Exchange Policy
At Kreatzilla, we take pride in creating high-quality products and appreciate your support of our small business. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
Non-Custom Items
Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of receipt.
To request a return, you must email kreatzilla@gmail.com within the 14-day window. All return requests require approval before any item is sent back.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Custom Merchandise
All sales are final on custom merchandise. No returns, refunds, or cancellations will be accepted on custom orders.
For customer-provided merchandise or custom designs, customers are sent artwork proofs and/or mockups for approval prior to production. Once artwork is approved and production begins, the order is considered final.
Buyer’s Remorse
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or item
- No longer wanting the item
- Any other form of buyer’s remorse
Defective or Damaged Items
If you believe your item has a physical defect or was damaged during production, please email kreatzilla@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.
All defect claims are subject to review and approval by Kreatzilla.
If approved, the item may be eligible for an exchange only. No refunds will be issued for defective items.
