Processing Times

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times vary depending on the product and whether the item is custom-made. Estimated processing times are provided on product listings when applicable.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Shipping time begins once your order has been completed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Methods

We ship through major carriers and provide tracking information when available. Delivery estimates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

Kreatzilla is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays or peak shipping seasons
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been accepted by the carrier

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges to be resent.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Kreatzilla is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email kreatzilla@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and photos of the packaging and damaged item. We will review the claim and determine if a replacement is appropriate.
